1.2 Application

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. These T&Cs are made available to you before placing an order and will be confirmed on a durable medium, namely an order confirmation email with a link to these T&Cs, following the conclusion of the contract.

2. Products, Pricing, and Ordering

2.1 Product Characteristics

The main characteristics of the products (e.g., sauna blankets, massage devices) are displayed on the individual product pages, available at URLs such as

https://eu.hydragun.com/products/stretchpad-full-body-massage-mat. The product name, key specifications, and primary features for the goods purchased will be detailed in the order confirmation email. Full technical specifications and operating instructions will be provided with the physical product manual included with your device.

2.2 Total Price and Fees

The price for each product is the price indicated on the website on the date the order is placed.

  • Total Price: The final price displayed on the checkout page is the total price, including all statutory taxes, such as Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Supplementary Costs (Shipping/Delivery): We currently offer free standard shipping to the EU, Norway, and Switzerland for all products, unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout for specific items. For all other European countries, shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated and added to the total price before you confirm your order. Shipping costs outside the EU, Norway, and Switzerland will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

2.3 Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and processed.

3. Payment and Delivery

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Unless a specific delivery timeframe is agreed upon at the time of purchase and stated in the order confirmation, we are legally required to deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
  • The estimated delivery timeframe for most orders is: 1 to 3 business days for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands; 3 to 5 business days for Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City; and 4 to 7 business days for Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, and Romania.
  • If we fail to deliver the goods within the agreed period, you may be entitled to request us to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If we fail to deliver within that additional period, you have the right to terminate the contract.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Mandatory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

4.1 Right to Cancel

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods, or in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.

4.3 Effects of Withdrawal

  • Refund: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. However, for goods that have already been processed for delivery, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • Reimbursement Method: We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless both parties have expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Return of Goods: You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • Return Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product is designated as eligible for Free Returns on its product page, in which case we will bear the cost of return if initiated within 30 days.

5. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold by us to customers in the European Union are subject to a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. This guarantee ensures that the product is fit for purpose and matches its given description.

This statutory guarantee is separate from and additional to any commercial warranty we offer (such as the Free 1.5-year Warranty offered on most of our devices), and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

6.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

We are committed to resolving any complaints quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly about it via email at support@hydragun.com, or via WhatsApp mobile message at +65 8800 8814. We aim to respond to all complaints within 3-5 business days.

6.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Customers in the European Union also have the right to seek resolution via an out-of-court procedure.

We do not commit to using a specific ADR entity but will consider all valid proposals made by the consumer on a case-by-case basis.
